Compact evaporators

EPCON compact evaporators EPCOVAP-MVR are a series of standardized compact MVR evaporators. More than 20 years of experience in MVR evaporation technology is incorporated into the design of the system. The EPCOVAP-MVR evaporators provide our customers a robust dewatering system at the lowest installation and operation cost. The energy savings using an EPCOVAP-MVR evaporator is 90-95% compared to a one effect evaporator using boiler steam. Cooling water consumption is also reduced by 90-95%.

The EPCOVAP-MVR compact evaporators are available in the different sizes with a maximum evaporation capacity of 2500kg/h.

EPCON offers all customers a 24-hour after sales service that includes trouble-shooting, spare parts, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as inspection of installtion.

EPCON also delivers tailor made MVR evaporators with larger evaporation capacities.
