Vilokan AB, the Swedish process water and solvent recovery group, has used its option to acquire a majority share of the Norwegian Engineering and Process technology company EPCON Evaporation Technology AS, with effect from January 1st 2023. With this acquisition, Vilokan will control approximately 53% of the shares in EPCON. Together the group will represent a strong and competitive player in the industrial markets for water recovery, energy recovery and sustainable resource utilization across a number of industries. The group together is with this transaction well positioned for the international green industry change.
